So when my husband returned to active military service, TRICARE became our primary source of insurance. So I always research any updates to make sure we have the best coverage for my family.

In 2019, there’s a big update on how military members and their families can get coverage. Both FEDVIP (Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program) and BENEFEDS allow not only to keep all information about vision and teeth, but also to easily enter and manage items.

I’m here to explain the basics of both to help you make decisions as you prepare for the new hiring season.
