You can view your Return Statement (EOB)[1] electronically by updating your communication preferences through your online account. By updating your communication preferences, from receiving EOBs by mail to email, you will receive monthly emails linking to your online EOB reports.

To switch to online statements, visit Accounts in the top menu and select Communication Options. In the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) section, change your delivery method to “Receive by Email”.
