Tricare For Life Spouse Coverage – Tricare for Life (TFL) is comprehensive Medicare coverage for Tricare beneficiaries with Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B, regardless of age or location. With TFL, you are free to seek care from any participating or non-Medicare participating provider or hospital or clinic as available. Enrollment is not required, but you must pay Medicare Part B premiums.

TFL is present worldwide and in the United States and its territories. Those living outside the United States can use Tricare Select Overseas as an alternative.
