TRICARE beneficiaries have access to several mobile applications designed to work on mobile devices such as phones, tablets, or watches.
How To Find Your Tricare Referrals
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) and TRICARE and their local contract partners developed the app for active duty military members, retirees and their beneficiaries. All apps provided by DHA, TRICARE or a contract partner are free and available for iPhone and Android mobile devices (with some exceptions).

Frost co-directs the Financial and Benefits Education Program and is a Certified Veterans Service Officer (VSO) who advises the Veterans Administration and the military community on disability compensation claims and appeals information. Your Tricare benefits are the same no matter where you live, but customer service contact information is different for each region. Each area is managed by contractors to provide you with medical care.
