There is no shame in admitting that you are struggling with things and that you need help.

Criticizing your every move is boring, so don’t do it! Be your new best friend, praise and encourage like the perfect parent. Always talk to yourself kindly.

Too much caffeine or alcohol, eating too little or too much, relying on high-fat foods, and high-sugar quick fixes can cause low energy levels. As can dehydration. So try to drink a lot of water (you can add a slice of lemon or cucumber if you want) and try to eat a healthy diet full of vegetables and protein.

Eat regularly and get enough sleep if possible. Exercising daily can significantly increase your energy levels and improve your mood. Start small first, then build up!
