His company refused to cancel my policy when I was covered by another insurance company. Until I received a form from them asking me to sign a waiver of personal injury coverage that I purchased and paid for. They called me every few days and pestered me to sign this document before refund. This was the worst experience of my life with an insurance company. As I have had car insurance for 40 years with 2 minor insurance claims, I recommend that no one buy insurance from an Allstate representative. That time was not my fault! If insurance company requires license then cancel his license! I finally told them never to contact me again at any cost!

Shortly after the hearing, along with a colleague, his cell phone rang. He spoke slowly saying he was in All State and his name was Freddie and explained that my brother wanted to get a quote on a 2005 Ford Ranger truck that he had driven for six years and only paid $500.00 for. Agent Freddy began. My brother said he had a Ford F150 and wanted to add that truck. My brother refused when I stopped the car and bought spare parts. The officer continued to pressurize my brother saying that he can tie up another lorry. If you add another five dollars a month. He would save $40 on insurance. My brother assured him several times that he did not want to include the F 150 in the insurance quote. And only cheap insurance in the Ford car segment. Then my brother’s phone was on speaker. So I overheard the conversation. Agent Freddy wanted to know if the house belonged to my brother. My brother said ok. And the officer asked who insured the house. My brother said it was none of his business. So I hung up to say thank you. Freddie called back and insulted my brother as a “retard”. This phone call ended with the agent telling my brother to pay more than the ID now. I would like to know what kind of person is representing you in your call center. I can’t get a quote for all state insurance for my car.

I took the car to a body shop and waited 2 weeks and was told the car would cost less than the repair. The adjuster concludes that his insurance is a total loss. And my adjuster asked Sakari to take my car. And the crash was behind my car. They also removed the seized spare tire. And couldn’t put it back and they recorded it. And told me to take it. After that I called and texted Zachary several times but got no response. I don’t know how they made the wrong decision. The car was in good condition and wanted to keep it. I called my local Allstate office to report this sale requesting that the insurance be removed from the van. Since then, Allstate has deducted the full amount on both vehicles every month. My pleas fell on deaf ears. I called the office. Talk to people Send a web message to my agent Send a text message to her cell phone Leave a voice message and visit the office in person My agent, Beth Solars, called me back. He said he has Allstate on a different path and is working on the problem. She advised that she would call me soon, which was a month ago. As I entered the office, Carla, Beth’s mother, ignored me for a moment and asked, “What do you want?” She asked, no, good morning. Carla called me 5 weeks before Allstate said she would refund my money in 4-6 days with her usual rude behavior and she had no idea how much. I spoke to her on the phone. I asked for the names and phone numbers of the people she dealt with at Allstate. She said no name or number. When I asked her if she had a person and phone number at Allstate to talk to at the office. She walked into Beth’s office and left me standing there. I am tired of being treated rudely. I paid for a car I didn’t own and had to wait for a refund. My credit union has turned off automatic withdrawals for payments. But I was charged $30. I refused to pay and I’m sure I’ll be charged again next month. I called 3 weeks ago to complain and spoke to a nice guy. The answer never came. I’m sure it will get better.
