There are three ways to enroll in TRICARE Prime: Online: Your TRICARE Prime enrollment is available online through Receiver Web Access or the DoD website called BWE, because your service provider’s office, instead of TRICARE, designated your TRICARE enrollment. The BWE website continuously integrates your personal information with the Defense Eligibility System, or DEERS, a database of service members and dependents worldwide who may be eligible for military benefits. You must have a CAC, DFAS myPay PIN or DS Login to log in with BWE. We will discuss these login methods later in this short introduction. Phone: Call your local contractor. The BWE website provides a secure portal where you can enroll in TRICARE dental options by enrolling in or withdrawing TRICARE Prime or TRICARE Young Adult options, selecting or changing your PCM. Buyers can use BWE to update their contact details in DEWE. The most important thing to remember is that you must log in before you can log in to anything in the UAE.
